Shoreline provides a quick and easy way for residents to report non-emergency and quality-of-life issues as service requests through the SeeClickFix application.

Contact the following jurisdictions regarding these specific issues: 

 police Police: For issues having to do with traffic complaints or any non-emergency incidents, call the non-emergency line at 206-296-3311 or make a report using the Online Reporting System for non-emergent crimes. 
 water utility Water Service Issues or Water in the Roadway: Contact your local water utility directly: Seattle Public Utilities (206-386-1800) or North City Water District (206-362-8100). 
 recycling Solid Waste/Recycling Services: For missed collections or billing issues, contact Recology at 206-763-4444. 
 power outage 2 Power Outage, Downed Line or Street Light Issues: Contact Seattle City Light at 206-684-7400. 
 paw prints Animal Control: Contact King County Animal Control at 206-296-PETS (7387). Call Animal Control when reporting a deceased domestic animal.  
 spill and leak Spill or Leak: To report Spills, please contact the City directly by phone at 206-801-2700 or by email at crteam@shorelinewa.gov. See more information on the Spill Response site. 
 gas propane tank graphic Natural Gas Service: Contact Puget Sound Energy at 888-225-5773. 
 noise Noise Complaints: For non-construction noise complaints, please contact the Shoreline Police non-emergency line at 206-296-3311. For construction noise prior to 7am on weekdays or 9am on weekends and after 10pm on all nights of the week, contact the Shoreline Building Official at 206-801-2541.
 street sweeper Street Sweeping: The City performs routine street sweeping services on a regular basis. Arterial and collector streets are swept once a month. Residential streets are swept two to three times a year. If you have concerns regarding your street, please contact the City directly by phone at 206-801-2700 or by email at crteam@shorelinewa.gov
 scooters Lime Bikes or Scooters: For issues having to do with Lime, please contact their customer service department directly at 1-888-546-3345 or support@li.me. They will pick up scooters or bikes that are a concern.
