PRINTING
The city often offers printing support for active neighborhood associations. Printing requests should be sent to the Community Opportunities Coordinator via email. Requests should include material design, dimension, and quantity. Printing orders are processed in the order that they were received. Funding is limited for this purpose, and neighborhoods are encouraged to send their printing orders as soon as they are prepared to do so.
MAILING
Each association may redeem one neighborhood-wide mailer per year. Mailers are printed with black ink on either white or color paper as selected by the association. Mailers are limited to postcard dimensions (4"x6")
LAMINATION
Lamination requests will be filled on a case-by-case basis. Materials that include specific dates or other information that will become irrelevant with the passing of time will NOT be eligible for lamination through the city's resource. Neighborhoods are strongly encouraged to request lamination only for materials which can be consistently reused.
To initiate a mailing, printing, and/or lamination order a designated neighborhood representative must email the design to Shoreline's Community Opportunities Coordinator, mvanabbema@shorelinewa.gov
