2024 Resident Satisfaction Survey

Every two years, the City conducts a resident satisfaction survey to measure satisfaction with City services and maintenance, public safety, transportation, quality of life, and other areas in Shoreline. During the summer of 2024, ETC Institute sent surveys to a random sample of households in Shoreline. Results are reviewed carefully and help to inform decisions around City programs and services.
