Mission
To fulfill our community’s vision, we deliver quality and accessible public services responsibly, equitably, and efficiently.
Values
Within the City, our organizational values guide how we go about our work. As individuals, we bring our own integrity. We center relationships through respect. From respect, teamwork emerges. Through teamwork, we put equity into action. By taking initiative and getting things done, we engage in learning that supports individual and organizational growth. As we grow, we emphasize sustainability so that our values and actions align.

- Respect: Value, listen to, and treat all people with fairness and dignity, appreciating the strengths of our diverse identities, backgrounds, and abilities.
