Before requesting a site visit, please read the Soak It Up Rebate Program Overview and Eligibility Requirements.

From September 1 - November 25, 2026, site visits are reserved for those who believe they are eligible and intend to apply for the Soak It Up Rebate Program. A site visit must be completed during this time to apply for 2027 funding. If you would like to schedule a site visit and apply for the 2027 Soak It Up Rebate Program, please fill out the form below! We will be in touch in the next three business days to schedule a site visit.
