Engineering Vision Statement: With pride and dedication, we strive to continuously improve services to a growing and changing community.

The Engineering Division is comprised of Capital Projects, Development Review and Construction Services. We are responsible for planning, designing, and constructing the City's Capital Projects as detailed in the Council adopted Capital Improvement Plan. The Division is also responsible for Right of Way (ROW) and Capital Project inspections, Development Review of residential/commercial development projects, and utility permitting.
