If you are a registered contractor in the state of Washington, you are eligible for an online permitting account in the City of Shoreline’s eTRAKiT system. Filling out this webform allows staff to associate your L&I contractor’s license with your account. Please note that only one account may be created per company. eTRAKiT allows customers to:

  • Create pre-intake records as the first step in electronic permit submittal
  • Apply for residential plumbing and mechanical permits directly
  • Track permits and permit applications
  • Schedule and track inspections online
  • Monitor the status of permit reviews

If you would like to set up an eTRAKiT account as a contractor, complete the following form. Note that the completion of this form does not automatically create your account. You will receive an automated receipt email, and staff will send you a separate detailed email with your log-in information in approximately 2 to 4 business days.
