Public Notices update the public of upcoming development proposals within Shoreline. These notices encourage the community to provide publicly available comments. Public notices are typically needed to comply with state or local law. Not all developments or decisions within our city require us to provide a public notice.

On this webpage, you can find a list of public notices that have occurred within the last six months. These notices are typically posted in the Seattle Times (legal section), and a sign will be posted on the property. Depending on the type of notice, property owners within 500 feet of the property may also receive a notice by mail.

We are committed to making our website accessible to everyone. Even so, some older or technically complex digital content, such as site plans found on this page, may not be fully accessible in all formats. If you have trouble accessing content or need information in another format, please contact us at pcd@shorelinewa.gov. You can also review our Website Accessibility Statement.
