Affordable Housing Property Tax Exemption Program
  The City of Shoreline offers multi-family residential Property Tax Exemptions (PTE) to encourage multifamily development and to provide affordable housing. 

Aurora Square Community Renewal Area
  The City continues to encourage renewal of the Aurora Square CRA according to the CRA Renewal Plan.

Deep Green Building Incentive Program
  The Deep Green Incentive Program encourages the highest standard for green building within the city to address greenhouse gas emissions from new buildings.
