The hearing before the Hearing Examiner for Preliminary Formal Subdivision Application PLN23-0107, on August 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. will be held in the Council Chamber using a hybrid format where both in-person and remote attendance is allowed.

Public testimony is being accepted in person, remotely, or by submitting written comment. In person public commenters must sign up in person at the hearing. Email the Hearing Examiner Clerk at hearingex@shorelinewa.gov by 9:30 a.m. August 8, 2025, to sign-up to provide remote oral testimony. Written comments should be submitted to the Hearing Examiner Clerk at hearingex@shorelinewa.gov. All comments must be received by the Hearing Examiner prior to the close of the public hearing.
