The City of Shoreline uses an online reporting tool called SeeClickFix. This tool allows citizens to report and track non-emergency issues through the City’s website or by using mobile apps.

To use the City’s website: Click the ‘Report’ tab below. Drag the marker to the location of the issue or type the address and click 'Next'. Select a category, type a summary and description of the issue. You may upload an image if available. Your email address is required for submission. Click 'Submit'.

To use a mobile app: Download the See Click Fix App using a blackberry, iPhone or Android phone. Follow the prompts from the app. A video showing how to use the iPhone app is available through YouTube.

Tracking: The status of issues reported through SeeClickFix is viewable below. Click on the list of issues to the left or by location on the map to view details of the issue. You may follow an issue by clicking ‘Fix it’ or comment on an issue through the issue details.

Issues that have been closed will be left on the site for 30 days, after which time they will be removed from view.
