COVID-19 OPERATIONS INFORMATION
We are not currently able to respond to issues unless they impact the health and safety of our residents.
For emergency issues not requiring a Police, Fire, or Medical response, call 206-801-2700.
To comply with the Governor’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy order, the City of Shoreline is currently providing only essential City services: Health and safety, emergency response, and government operations.
Examples of essential City services
- Police services
- Fire and EMS (provided by Shoreline Fire Department)
- Traffic safety and emergency street maintenance
- Limited parks maintenance
- Emergency facilities repair and maintenance
- Emergency utility repairs and maintenance (wastewater and surface water utilities)
- Responding to COVID-19 event
Please note: Emergencies should always be reported to 911 immediately.
The City of Shoreline uses an online reporting tool called SeeClickFix. This tool allows citizens to report and track non-emergency issues through the City’s website or by using mobile apps.
Click the ‘Report’ tab below. Drag the marker to the location of the issue or type the address and click 'Next'. Select a category, type a summary and description of the issue. You may upload an image if available. Your email address is required for submission. Click 'Submit'.
The status of issues reported through SeeClickFix is viewable below or in the mobile app. Click on the list of issues to the left or by location on the map to view details of the issue. You may follow an issue by clicking ‘Fix it’ or comment on an issue through the issue details.
Issues that have been closed will be left on the site for 30 days, after which time they will be removed from view.
