2018 Resident Satisfaction Survey

Every two years, the City conducts a resident satisfaction survey to measure satisfaction with City services and maintenance, public safety, transportation, quality of life, and other areas in Shoreline. During the month of June, ETC Institute sent surveys to a random sample of approximately 3,500 households in Shoreline. Results are reviewed carefully and help to inform decisions around City programs and services.
