Explore neighborhoods, parks and trails on some of the best walking routes in our City. Designed for adults ages 50+ but open to all ages and abilities, each walk is led by a Volunteer Walk Leader and all walks are free. No need to sign up, just show up at the meetup location and we'll take care of the rest!  Friendly dogs on a leash are welcome to join.

2019 Walk Leaders Wanted

King’s Garden & Echo Lake Walk + Dahlia Show
Come take an easy morning walk and then visit the Puget Sound Dahlia Show at Sky Nursery. We’ll walk from Sky Nursery through neighborhoods to King’s Garden and then back via the interurban trail. Dahlia Show is Free.
Walk is approximately 2 miles / 1.5 hours

Million Step Challenge Walks *Special Events!*
Join walk leaders Theresa and Melissa for some fun 2-3 mile group walks around Paramount School Park and the surrounding neighborhood as part of Shoreline’s Million Step Challenge. The Million Step Challenge is a free community fitness competition to challenge us all to walk more during the month of September. Join us on a walk and log your totals in our Million Step Challenge “Step Tracker”. In partnership with the Ridgecrest Neighborhood Association.
Walks are Approximately 2-3 miles in length / 2 hours
Walk Rating: Moderately Easy (Strollers and well behaved dogs on leash welcome)

Explore the Ridgecrest Neighborhood from the north to south end, visiting both Paramount and Northcrest Park. Walk meets at the east side parking lot of Paramount School Park on 10th Ave.
