Customer Response Team
CRT Representatives are on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week to respond quickly to issues such as downed trees, flooding, or downed wires. During normal business hours a representative will speak with you immediately. In the evening or on the weekend, you will be connected to a live person at a call center who will assist you and call City staff, if necessary, for a response. Standby staff will make the final determination on if an immediate response is necessary or if it is an issue than can wait until normal business hours.
