Teen/Tween Recreation Programs

The Shoreline Youth & Teen Development Program is gearing up for fall with a variety of offerings including their drop-in after school teen center, middle school programs, and special nights for tweens at the REC.

Teen Center at the Rec

Tuesdays - Thursdays 2:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Fridays 2:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Saturdays 7:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Richmond Highlands Recreation Center, 16554 Fremont Avenue N

The Shoreline Teen Center provides space for young people to spend time together as well as explore their interests, get service hours for school, and more. There is free food and Wi-Fi provided daily, in addition to activities like basketball, pool, ping-pong, music, art, and video games. It is available for kids in middle school through age 18.

Middle School After School Programs

Einstein: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 3:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Kellogg: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Hang Time is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays right after school, located at both Kellogg and Einstein middle schools. There are fun clubs, including Sports Club and others that meet around special interests. Join us for relaxation with your friends and a fun place to be once school is out.

Tween Night

Second Saturday of each month during the school year, 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.
Richmond Highlands Recreation Center, 16554 Fremont Avenue N

A special night just for 5th and 6th graders to hang out at the Teen Center - no parents or siblings allowed! Fun games, activities, crafts, music, and food. Free! Parents must sign kids in and out of the Rec.
